Although I apparently don't have the nerve to start an "IF you were gay, who would you fuck" thread of my own, I do think it's a question straight guys and gals should be willing to consider. It forces you to think about just what it is that attracts you (or not) to other people in general. (I suspect straight women would be a lot more open to this thought experiment than straight guys.)
I'm probably taking this way too seriously, but in real life I wouldn't have any interest in fucking someone I didn't feel emotionally connected to. There are many celebrities who, despite their physical "hotness," I find completely uninteresting or phony as people; and, conversely, others whose personalities make them extremely sexy to me even when they might not be considered "conventionally" attractive. So even though I might have no interest in men sexually, that doesn't mean I can't RECOGNIZE when another guy seems "sexy" in a way I wish I could emulate. I don't understand why guys consider it such a threat to their manhood to at least admit this much.
Of the people others have mentioned, the one who most fits the bill is Chris Meloni. He just seems like a very real, open person who's very comfortable with himself and extraordinarily attentive to other people. Even though he's a physically imposing and good-looking guy, he doesn't seem even the slightest bit smug about this; he never throws his weight around, and doesn't take himself too seriously. He's confident and relaxed without being even slightly arrogant. He also has a great sense of humor (check out his performance in the summer-camp parody "Wet Hot American Summer.")
So basically, I'm jealous (and of Hugh Jackman's physique in "X-Men 3"). I guess that's not quite the same thing as wanting to fuck them, but at least I can recognize why other people would...
