Last night I had baked chicken casserole with broccoli and cheese, with potatoes and okra on the side.

Tonight, who knows...I'm off to the farmer's market, so I thik I might do all veggies tonight.

Bruschetta with nice fresh - pulled mozarella and a nice bottle of red wine. god only knows what else. It's tomato season, so it's time to make a big batch of gazpacho. but not tonight.

Good old-fashioned steak with sopa and flour tortillas. I'll also be having enough watermelon to feed a small army.

Fettucine with pesto, broccoli, a bit of Greek salad, a bit of kale, some Stilton cheese, all washed down with a couple of glasses of Jackson-Triggs cab sav (a better than plonkish Canadian red wine ... we have 500 wineries, you know).
A happenstance meal. Basically, I cleaned out the fridge ... or at least the veggie compartment.

OMG!!! You are raising "FRUGAL GOURMET" chefs. Hehehe.

I see a reality show happening there.
