Fettucine with pesto, broccoli, a bit of Greek salad, a bit of kale, some Stilton cheese, all washed down with a couple of glasses of Jackson-Triggs cab sav (a better than plonkish Canadian red wine ... we have 500 wineries, you know).
A happenstance meal. Basically, I cleaned out the fridge ... or at least the veggie compartment. |
