I've had a couple of good reactions:

I was with this asian girl, who to be fair was quite small. First time she saw it she just said, 'OMG, you fucking monster!' From that point she would not stop talking about it, saying stuff like I should do porn and calling me big boy.

I have a very flirty relationship with an ex co-worker and she offered to take some photos for me for a rating website. When she saw me hard she had this huge grin on her face and just said 'that is so thick!'
