I don't know why my penis is darker than rest of my body, do you guys have a same skin color issues.

I think thats fairly common, and perfectly normal.

Also I think something to consider is when the penis is aroused there is a large amount of blood flowing to that area that can make it look darker.

Yeah, most people tend to have darker skin in the pubic regions. I have dark armpits aswell. They're still light but because I'm so pale from keeping out of the sun you can really tell.
