I'm very ambivalent on Rocco's movies. He's done some great scenes for American movies. U.S. companies like Vivid won't have his aggressive stuff in them, although almost all of these are older movies. (I strongly recommend Chameleons with Ashlyn Gere and Diedre Holland.) And some of his scenes in Europe are fun, but to find them you have to wade through a lot of disturbing stuff.

I find this with a lot of the Euro porn I've seen. Yes, there are fewer implants and fresher faces, and the production value is often very good. But a lot of the women clearly don't want to be doing porn. If the actress doesn't look like she's enjoying herself (pretending or not) then I can't get into it. Some of the Euro babes don't look happy during the scene at all and it's borderline rape on camera. I've read more than once of European porn stars moving to the U.S. because they're treated far better here.

I'm sure there are American porn actresses that don't want to be in the business too. But to show her not enjoying the sex and obviously wishing it was over is another thing altogether. There's a strong misogynistic streak in Euro porn that I find myself avoiding.
