There is/was? a yahoo club called autocunnilingus or something similar that had a few photos and videos of women getting close but never actually making contact. Only a 3D animation and fake photos actually showed tongue contact.
Posts speculated on women that could actually do it but I never saw any proof!

It probably is possible for some women to do it, the closest that I saw were about 6" from contact.
