I recently read something similiar in a news article but it attributed the massive inlux of illegal aliens as the reason for that.

It true that most aliens have lower circ. rates but the white circ. rate has been declining as well.

Myself, I personally have never experienced an uncut cock. And, I have to say, I have some sadness in the fact that I'm married and probably will never get to check that off my list.

I think that uncut cocks are so much hotter than cut cocks. i have lived in the UK all my life and its a really low number of people over here that get cut unless theres a medical reason so im used to uncut cocks more. that all i got to say is dont get it cut, its worse off in the long run and theres no point to it, you were born with it, as were the rest of the male population, so its supposed to be there!
