I would still probably kill the person, even in those circumstances. 
Even lovers just kissing me awake has tended to result in a barrage of yells from me in the past.
I'm
really grouchy if someone wakes me up
against my will. It's about the worst way to make me feel wholly unerotic and more in the mood to physically dismember someone, in fact. Purely FYI.
