If your still looking for jeans that show a bulge, don't look any further than Ralph Lauren. I've a pair of kinda faded RL's that show a bulge to stop traffic. I;m not overly big - 6.75 in. The waist size on all RL's seem to be very loose on all of them I tried but just wear a belt to keep them up. Apart from the waist on most RL styles, they fit pretty good elsewhere. Theres almost a pouch on them when you are walking in them. They don't show anything when you sit down though. Funny that.
The underwear you wear is also a BIG factor - never freeball, it just hangs between your legs, so you need to support it and the only underwear for that is RIPS boxers. You can buy them online, I don't know of any shop chain that sells them. Very comfortable and sexy. Does this help? Let me know.

personally I cant wear low-rises (too much stomach)

but I find positioning my dick upwards always creates a more impressive bulge no matter what i'm wearing ...

the trick is to have the belt tied over your dick to keep it in place
(this also creates a semi-permanent semi-stiffy)
and of course you have to belt up high enough to avoid showing the dickhead (although sometimes the shirt can cover that up well enough)

i like this method because I like to tie my belt that tight over my waistline anyway (for other aesthetic reasons :))

It's all in your underwear. I will wear more fitted boxer briefs if I need to get the boy in the pants under control. Yeah, I'll eventually flop down too, but it's still more supportive than just letting it bounce free in boxer shorts.

I saw this dude once with button fly's on and he had cut the top piece of cloth off so you saw the buttons. some jeans are made this way already, but it looked cool - very eye catching no matter what your size.
