Those who have seen my pics will notice that there is a distinct tightness to my foreskin. It works fine, but I know it can work better.
I saw a urologist who has suggested a small procedure called a frenuloplasty. Since my problem is a short and tight frenulum, this op will surgically lengthen and move the anchor point of the frenulm to ease the tension and allow it work as it should.
I don't want this to turn into a cut vs uncut debate (god knows there have been WAY too many of those), However my urologist has said he's disappointed that so many of his colleagues advocate full circumcision when smaller, more conservative procedures can fix many of the problems.
I'm booked in in a few weeks, the hardest part will be no sex/masterbation for up to 3 weeks
