LA meetup?

we should definitely get a committee together and start organizing. assistance from multiple people would be better than leaving it up to one person to make all the decisions.

lets talk about setting this thing up

before getting things up and running, all the LA members who are interested in attending should throw in their two cents about a few things.

for instance:
how many members would actually go?
where we would meet up?
what's a good date and time?
should there be a theme? (i'd personally love to do this)

of course anyone can feel free to add on to the list.

Im in the High desert but LA isnot that far, I would meet up.

It looks like this may actually happen! I'm open to helping out.

Few brainstorming questions

get a hotel?!!!! what kind of "meet up" are you thinking of? i apologize if i sound rude, but personally my intentions of a LA meet up would be just to meet up, not hook up. whatever happened to friendly outings in public places? geez......

No...I don't mean it like that... I meant what if this is at night and some of us are too drunk too drive. Or have hotel party in which we can get a nice room and then go out (again if this is at night). I'm sorry if that came out wrong. Even with my friends if we go out, we sometimes get a hotel (esp. when going down to LA, being up in Santa Barbara) becasue we would be too tired. Getting multiple people in a hotel would be cheap as oppossed to one person. Nothing sexual intended, more safety.

Like where and when should this occur?

I'd love to meet and greet with the rest of the gang. If there's anything I can do to help (Orange County) let me know :)
