please use common sense(moderation) about doubling up/combining with L-Arguinine or alcohol(sp) NO2 precursor + PDE-5 inhibitor + alcohol vasodialator = asking for trouble.

also half a 20mg pill is all you want to take at a time if under 40 IMO, taking more doesn't speed it up, that is while it takes a 2 or so hours to settle in full strength and lasts for a 2-4 days.

It comes in 20 mg tablets, which are intended for someone with severe ED who can't get it up at all. If you're taking it for "recreational" purposes, i.e., a little bit of a performance boost, it's better to try a much smaller dose. You will have less in the way of side effects and save money.

I never take more than 1/8th of a tablet, and the effects seem to last longer than 36 hours.
