I think lots of them do, WS. I figure he's at least 90 per cent engorged.
Reminds me of an Italian I saw years ago at Cap d'Agde, a Mediterranean resort in France. He was virtually as large as this guy, but still totally subservient to gravity. It was
plausible -- though not, IMHO, likely -- that he wasn't really hard at all.
The best thing was his display of nonchalance, unawareness, obliviousness as he stood talking to another man on the beach.
That's an art form ... and he was its master.
