Some people just have a very hard time cumming during fucking, and some guys can't shoot when being sucked off (like me).

I think it's more because you are too used to your jerking off feeling, or you want to shoot so bad that you can't shoot.

Probably not. It's a lot easier to numb the mind and body out (using psychoactive pharmaceuticals) than to enhance function. Barring some type of sickness, deformity, malfunction, etc., the mind and body work best in their natural state.

Sounds like you're either too preoccupied with making her get off. There's a point in the game where you simply have to take a selfish moment to "fire your gun".
