Not necessarily true...even though identical twins have the same genes, if they grew up together in the same home then they also have the same environment. In other words, their similar penis size might not be based on genes, but on the fact that their mother fed them the same food and they were exposed to the same things.
To determine the genetic basis of a trait in twins, they would have to be raised in different environments. If THEN their penis size was still the same, then there is a good bet that it is genetically based. If their are differences, this means that their environment played some role...sorry if I sound like a biology textbook, but I have studied genetics for so long I can quote it in my sleep. |
