I use Peruvian maca , horny goat weed (epimedium), and Korean ginseng. Each one has an effect on me, on horniness level and volume. For volume, the maca has the best effect. I'm ok without these too but sometimes it is fun to feel and see the effects.
NOTES :
Maca: The amino acid arginine, of which maca is a significant source, is thought to assist in the generation of nitric oxide-which is thought to counteract male impotence (although this is not clinically validated). The amino acid histidine also is found in maca root in high amounts. This amino acid plays an often-overlooked but important role in sexual function: during ejaculation and orgasm. The body utilizes histidine to produce histamine, and histamine in the corpus cavernosum (penile erectile tissue) ultimately is responsible for the way ejaculations happen.

Horny Goat Weed (epimedium): The "active ingredient" in Epimedium is icariin, which can be found in standardized extracts from 5% up to 60% potent. Icariin is purported to work by increasing levels of nitric oxide, which relax smooth muscle. Like Viagra, icariin, the active compound in Epimedium, inhibits the activity of PDE-5. In vitro assays have demonstrated that icariin inhibits PDE-5 with an IC50 of around 1 micromolar,[3][4] while Viagra has an IC50 of about 6.6 nanomolar (.0066 micromolar) and Levitra has an IC50 of about 0.7 nanomolar (.0007 micromolar).[5] Measured differently, the EC50 of icariin is approximately 4.62 micromolar, while Viagra is .42 micromolar.[6] The amount of oral administration of Epidemium extract necessary to achieve these relative concentrations is unclear from the literature.

Ginseng: Recently, the Journal of Urology reported, "the Mean International Index of Erectile Function scores were significantly higher in patients treated with Korean red ginseng than in those who received placebo." It is considered a tonic or adaptogenic that enhances physical performance (including sexual), promotes vitality and increases resistance to stress and ageing. The adaptogenic properties of ginseng are believed to be due to its effects on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, resulting in elevated plasma corticotropin and corticosteroids levels.
Entrez PubMed Also: The effects of ginseng on the corpus cavernosum appear to be mediated by the release and/or modification of release of nitric oxide from endothelial cells and perivascular nerves. Treatment with American ginseng also affects the central nervous system and has been shown to significantly alter the activity of hypothalamic catecholamines involved in the facilitation of copulatory behavior and hormone secretion.
