Hey, this has been going on for a while but i'm too scared to see a doctor, stupid i know but i cant help it. Basically, when i wake up in the morning i have patches in my boxers, like dry cum. And it occasionally hurts when i wee. About the patches, i'd say it was a wet dream or something like that if it didnt happen all the time, no matter which it does. has anyone else experienced anything like this - please let me know, i'm really scared cos i'm only young and having kids is really important to me and i'm scared it might effect my fertility. please let me know what you think

Bungee, ease your worries about the patches on your PJ's and go see a doctor, preferably a urologist. The doc has seen it all and heard it all, so don't feel embarassed telling him about your condition. Your peace of mind will be well worth the cost. He will probably ask about the frequency of your ejaculations. Five times a week is recommended, you know, for good prostate health. Are you anywhere near that frequency? If not, get with it! Here's to a good diagnosis!!!

It's just dry patches. Your dick is probably getting off (leaking precum) on the friction from your boxers/pjs. Switch to something softer, like cotton.

It hurts when you take a piss for many reasons:

Haven't gone in a while
too much salt
not enough water
after an orgasm
etc.

I still vote for some form of orgasm enducement due to friction.

Just go to the doctor.

I agree you probably need to see a doctor. A question. On a night when you jack off and cum, and you don't get it on your underwear, do you still have those dry patches?

I'm not sure it isn't a wet dream. Sometimes they are a little different maybe mixed with precum. I don't know. I just know that my wet dreams were much thicker than when I jacked off. At my age I don't have wet dreams anymore. Precious memories, how they linger.

Still, you might have a bacteria or something there that needs treatment. Failure to take care of it might cause problems down the road. Don't delay. See a doctor. You are 18. The hardest part is talking to your parents about needing to see a doctor. There is such a thing as telling half the truth as in it burns like hell when I pee.

Once in the doctor's office you can tell it all. Do your best to see the doctor without parents. it will be easier to freely discuss this.

Remember that your urologist is going to tell you to jack off 5 times a week. There is absolutely no need to feel embarassed around the doc over this. If anything he will "fuss' a litte because you don't jack off enough.

If it is truly a bladder/urethral infection might i suggest drinking cranberry juice? drink a whole bottle, or two, pure cran juice not that coctail cranapple stuff. Itchanges the acidity of your urine and kills the bacteria, but still check w/ ur doc, but if you want you can try this first, what could it hurt?

By doubt always go to a doctor, its probably nothing but it will calm you down, nothing is worse then keeping thinking of what you may have.
Drinking water is very important and I mean 2-3 liters a day. When you dont drink anough you urine can get, how to say this, to concentrated (?) and that could cause iritation and that can cause that hurt a bit feeling.

But we all are speculating and the only person who could give you a solucion is a doctor. And dont be ashamed there are more men with these kinds of problems then you would think.

Hurting when you pee, with "patches" from discharge, especially in the morning, could be gonorrhea, but a simple prostate infection has very similar symptoms. Either way, you need to see a doctor. Prostate infections are difficult to treat, in that they don't respond readily to antibiotics. It typically takes a full week to start feeling relief.

OH, and you don't have to be "old" to get a prostate infection. I went into the Dr.'s office, terrified that I had an imacculately conceived STD, and the first question (and I have NO idea why) he asked me was, "have you had any recent dental work done?" Although he explained the connection, it still seemed strange.

He's guessing the dentist gave you one up the arse while you were under the anesthetic...

I can assure you, being in health care, there is nothing that your doctor has not heard before. Just go and make an appointment. If you are embaresed to see him, tell him that up front. They understand! I am sure it is something simple and a doctor can take care of it with no problem. Just call and make a appointment.
