Peeing with a Hard on - Epididymitis?

Hi Guys

Can any of you guys pee with a hard on? Is it just extremely difficult or can you just let go and pee with a straining erection?

Sometimes in the morning I've got a real hard morning wood but also a very full bladder and have to pee with a hard on - best done sitting down to be honest!

Why do I ask?

Have just been diagnosed with Epididymitis and Doc has said that can be caused by urine reflusing to places it shouldn't - wonder if peeing with a hard on is indicative of a faulty valve or whether most guys can pee with a hard on.

I certainly know its not a STI cos I used to have regular check ups at the GUM clinic and have not had penetrative sex/oral sex since my last check up which was all clear!

Any ideas?

I don't have any problems at all with my penis but I always can piss with a hard on, I hear you're not supposed to be able to so urine wont get mixed with semen but I can have the hardest hardon and still piss, actually feels great to me

Never had any problem peeing with a hard on except getting it into the toilet and not up the wall!

The books would have you believe that is impossible to pee with an erection!

Unless I'm so hard it hurts, or just about to cum, then yes, I too can pee with an erection. It tends to spray and drip a little; I suppose that's because the blood pressure changes the shape of the opening slightly.

Yep can pee here hard also. I have to do the little bend over trick to hit the bowl. Or just go in the back pasture and let it arch up and out LOL

It's certainly possible and not uncommon (as duly noted by all of us who can) to urinate while erect.

What is NOT possible, however, is to urinate and ejaculate at the same time. I think that's where a lot of guys are confused.

I can pee with a hardon, albeit with a degree of difficulty. The medical textbook idea that it's not supposed to be possible is, I think, something of an urban myth.

i think all men can pee with a hard on. What is true is that it is a little more difficult starting the stream. And when "you really gotta go right now," a hardon helps keep a guy from peeing in his pants for a while.

But if it were impossible to pee with a hardon then a guy could keep from peeing for hours and hours just by keeping the penis hard. I'm sure guys have tried doing that before, *get a hardon when need to pee urgnetly). I'm sure that some have lost the battle and peed in their pants. This happens in school where some teachers stupidly only allow restroom breaks every three hours translation, kids can only go at lunch and no other time. I'm a retired teacher and I did not do this, but I knew teachers that did.
