BP, go see a dermatologist. He can give it a shot (spray) of liquid nitrogen. It will be cold for a few seconds but the mole will probably peel off in a week or ten days. There will be no cutting by using this process.

Why remove it? I think that moles, and other beautimarks on a males penis are beautiful! they make it so much more personable. Personally, I think your mole suit your cock.

Does it hurt? Has it changed in shape, size, or color?
If not I would leave it.

Good advice. But make sure it isn't broken. Make an appointmenet with your doctor and get it checked out to make sure it isn't a cancer or tumor that will continue growing.

I have a few freckles, including one that is actually a scar from an early truth or dare mishap right on the tip of my dick and not actually a mole but it looks like it.

It looks more like freckle to me. Maybe it is not a mole, but it is best checked by a dermatologist before it is excised.

I don't have one on my penis, but I do have one on my scrotum, on the right side. It bothers me from time to time appearance wise, but other than that, it doesn't hurt or hasnt changed colors at all.

i have a beauty spot (like one freckle) on the back of my shaft, like kinda a darker spot of skin but its not raised or anything (im not sure what you americans out there would call it so im describing it). Its not very big but i think it makes mine unique and i like it.

I don't have a mole or beauty mark but I have a freckle on the side of my shaft. Just keep it if you're not too insecure about it it makes yours unique.
