Small White Things On Penis

I have noticed on occasion the past few weeks,sometimes when I urinate there is a burning sensation and I see some white fragments of something on the tip of my penis.My first thought was kidney stones that dissolved and came out,sometimes they are small and grainy,others kind of just soft,but white and pieces.What could this be besides stones?
