Years ago I remember seeing a European porn film of a guy that was just huge exactly as you describe. He must not have done many films, because with his size he could have easily eclipsed John Holmes fame. He was really long too but it doesn't seem that apparent because of the incredible girth. In the film I saw he was giving it to two girls, a blonde and a brunette. As he was doing the blonde he crammed it all the way in and she freaked out.
