I laughed watching that episode too, though I wouldn't be surprised if a drama like that really could play out between an insecure father and his son.

It was a great episode, but its been done before. On an episode of Just Shoot Me with David Spade and Wendy Malick, David Spade's character, Finch, known to be a real womanizer, is found in the steamroom by his boss and coworker. The hilarity ensues.

Well there are some rather odd looking ones out there--I've seen a few including the ones with the thick penis, long shaft and the super tiny little fireman's cap at the end and on the other side, short and stubby with a big fat head that is at least a third of the penis length.
