What about Badpuppy?

I was a member of Badpuppy for about 6 years. Once they hiked my original member fee, I left.

But it was a place that I didn't worry about stealing my info, etc etc. Plus I had full access to the servers, which had a TON of stuff at the time.

Too bad they don't still offer a decent monthly rate.
