Another one you may want to catch is in the episode where JD gets assigned to surgery temporarily. In a fantasy sequence, he and Turk enter the hospital completely pimped out, James Brown music a-blastin'. Turk is wearing an extremely high-waisted pair of trousers and no shirt, plus a definite bulge/vpl can be seen.
