A friend once sent me a video of a guy cutting off his own cockhead.....he mainly sent it to me to transfer his anger towards the guy who first sent it to him. Is this that same video? I learned my lesson the first time.

No, this person fakes to cut his penis off pretty much at the base, then he proceeds to slice a fake pair of testicles off.

I do believe that this stuff does actually happen. Maybe that vid is fake, maybe it is real, we don't know. It does in fact happen. I would recommend you don't click it.

True this stuff does happen, and there are cannibal/snuff films out there, have seen a ton of them.

But listen to me carefully when I say this:

I have seen this video 5 or 6 times before, and I know for a fact that it is fake. That doesnt mean they're all fake, but this one is. THIS VIDEO IS FAKE

And to those of you who are on the edge of clicking it, I would say to do it.

In this video a guy jacks off with a knife, then ties his penis off and uses the same knife she jacked off with to cut his penis off. He then proceeds to take a hatchet to his scrotum then pops his testicles out.
