Tony duncan was also a bit smaller back then as well. He is a vacuum pumper who pumps with a 12 inch tube. The difference is that he pulls his foreskin back before he enters the pump. Yeah, Mr.10 inch didn't have as good a ring to it as Mr.18 inch. Since most everyone thinks that John Holmes was 13 or 15 inches, he had to have something better in order to be a household name!
