Probably more a factor of sperm: count, morphology, motility, penetration ability (the egg), viscosity, pH, vitality, volume and timing; with a host of other possible impediments by both - than of the male's “injector” size.
Cervix position at ejaculation may factor, and fallopian tube “distance”.
