I usually swallow mine because its quick clean up, no tissues near by, or dont wanna ruin your sheets, you can just swallow. Sometimes i like to let it sit in my mouth and roll my tounge in it, 'cuase the texture is def. weird. Its not like a straight liquid. sometimes it tastes good, and others...not.
