And to be fair... ectomorphs (a.k.a. skinny, can't put on muscle well, very low body fat, lean and tight muscle building) may not have a lot of muscle, but it's the muscle-to-fat
ratio that counts for your body. You can have double-digit percentages and still look great. It's dependent on how big and filled out you are everywhere else.
Me, I've got pretty low fat -- 5-6%. This one muscley dude I know claims 3 or 4% for himself. Then again, he seems like the embellishing for embellishment's sake in most areas of his life anyway...
