A Clockwork Orange!

I as watching A Clockwork Orange, and still am, for about the 500th time... Anyway, lemme get to the point.

It's been kinda irking on me for a while... there is a police officer guy on this movie that acts and looks almost exactly like John Cleese(of Monty Python)... though not the young John Cleese, more like the John Cleese we hve today.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?!
