But seriously, I dunno..ive reversed it and tried it that way too. It is a bit tight there.

The cap on the end is designed so you can vary the suction on the pull out stroke.
I have mine completely off, and it feels good. There are ribs all along the inside of the fleshlight.
You could try varying your shots, like I did in my video, but again, im probably nowhere near the girth that you are.
Ive recommended them to other members of the board, and I have one as well.
It is a sacrifice in cost, but it might be worth it.
