Of course, these sorts of reports rely on self-reporting, so the numbers are sometimes hard to believe. How many guys inflated the number to "look studlier?" And how many minimized the number to "look less sleazy?"

I know there are men out there who go out to the club every night, with the hopes of bringing home some fresh meat. But averaging a new sex partner EVERY 10 DAYS over two or three decades? Yikes.
