yes thats exactly what it does basically stunts the growth in your testicles and penis , because of it nothin really grew much, but other then that i'm normal, besides sterility , i probably won't be able to have kids, but i can have sexual intercourse so thats good, but i do have micropenis also so it makes it difficult! I get normal erections and get horny just like everybody else, well i guess not normal cause of the size , but everything works, i would have replyed earlier but i was on vacation
