Personally, I prefer to give and recieve blow jobs without using hands.. In receiving, I think it distracts from the awesome sensation of a guys mouth on my dick and I wouldn't want to deprive anyone else that sensation either.

Personally, for me the less hands the better. When I go down on my bf, I have a lot of tongue action, maybe my hand is at the base of his penis to keep it steady.
