I am always amazed at the number of personal attacks that DMW has endured during the years that I have been checking out the lpsg.

I grant that I have not read all his posts because some are related to subjects that I have little interest; nevertheless, I cannot fathom why. I enjoy his posts for their intelligence and wit. He maybe opinionated, but then, what highly educated and intelligent person is not? Do I agree with all his positions? Definitely not. However, I don't always agree with my own.

It is a shame that all teachers are not as passionate and involved as Jacinto. Perhaps, one day I will sign up for a course with Prof. Nunez at some university. Yea, yea, probably he will flunk my ass because a sentence has a subject and a predicate and not a bunch of periods in the middle. But you know, I know I will learn something.
