That's why I said "extreme" Klinefelter's syndrome though, outer symptoms would have be clearer. Many XXYs don't have the extremely low testosterone, micro-penis, etc. A random test for XXY found it much more common than thought though still very rare. Many undiagnosed cases because the symptons were not all that obvious in many.
