Indeed they do! Mine enlarged about a size and a half as I neared middle age (as if shoes weren't hard enough to buy before!). I since learned that this is a common circumstance. However, I've had some tell me that it is not so much growth as an elongation due to sagging of the arches. Whatever the cause, mine certainly got bigger.
