Yes, I have it too. First degree also. My pee hole is a horizontal slit right where the head meets the shaft. All my foreskin in on top and over the years it has stretched out to about 2 inches becuase I use it to hold my penis when I pee.

My mother took me to a doctor when I was about 7 to see about having it corrected. Doc told her we could have it done or leave it because I could function fine the way it is. This was around 1955 and they did not have insurance so they decided to leave me the way I was. Sometimes I wish it had been corrected but then I hear about so many botched surgeries for this. Actually I have been able to function fine the way it is and my wife does not care.

I get some funny looks at the gym showers when others see how long my foreshin is.

It is really a more common condition than most people know. I think I read that about 1 in every 125 guys have it.

I think that is correct 1 in 125 have hypospadias. My story is very simalir to yours. More men are admitting haveing it these days since the internet. My wife did not care eather. She had dicks of every size and shape before we married. In her exact words, "It gets hard and shoots cum who cares"

Strange - this thread only had a little conversation when first started last year, Now, all of a sudden we have three first degress in 3 hours. I too have a first degree hypospadias. I was born with what I think was a mild case of it, similar to what you've described. Between the ages of about 4 and 7 I had to have a series of three operations to correct it. All necessitated being in hospital for about a fortnight, during most of which I would be unable to pee having a tiube stuck up me, and a cage to lift the bedclothes clear of my dick. I don't think nowadays the problem would be judged severe enough for surgery but this was nearly forty years ago and the then family GP thought I'd benefit from hacing it done.

Returning to one of the ficticious stories, of which I'm awaiting the next exciting installment, I wonder if Peter ever had it with his Pipe? Just a thought...

My fiance has it first degree also. Works just fine for me and I don't mind a bit. I think he is a little less sensitive there though than most guys are. Doesn't cum nearly as easy as most guys from a BJ.

I have a first degree too. Opening right where the head meets the shaft. I would consider my penis fairly large...7". Still have my foreskin but its doesn't cover the head anymore.

Im a new guy here with a moderate hypospadias. I too am a little unusual in being on the large side of the scale, (7 inches long by 6.5 inches around) and a very mild chordee (curvature). I was also born with one testicle. I feel fortunate in one way to have this type of birth defect. I have a lot of sensitive zones under the head because I have two frenulum. Usually hypospadias guys don't get a frenum, but mine must have split along the urethra. There is no way I would have surgery to change that!
