I have had other men check me out both in the gym and in the locker room. When I do not check them out it seems that they usually pick up on it. I have only been outright hit on 2, or maybe 3 times in a locker room and was happily clothed each time.
I refuse to tune out the rest of the gym. While I am not there to socialize, I have met a few interesting acquaintances, and there are at least a couple of people who I now know well enough to say hi to each time and have a short conversation about the weather when I see them. While they are not friends in the strictest sense of the word, it is nice to have a few people to talk with.
Now for the question: Is there something about tea rooms that I do not know about? I ran across a fellow in Dallas last year who was beyond gay and who worked in a tea room. Now I read “I think most of the guys who engage in public cruising or tea rooms tend to be straight men.” I have never been to a tea room and as such do not know what goes on there, but I am now assuming that it is more than sipping tea. |
Someone also in this thread mentioned something about "tea rooms".
I really did'nt think there were many tea rooms around in the U.S. or considered it a cruisey spot to hit.
