I walk around naked in the locker room all the time, usually the other teen guys are all horrified, like "OMG, it's another dude! And he's NAKED! This is one of those times when experience and exposure make all the difference. I dunno. I shower frequently at the gym, and have gotten a few hardons. Normally, I just joke about it, and it'll go away by itself. I don't know what gym you all are going to where an erection would not be completely inappropriate in the locker room, but in the gyms I've frequented (philly, Balt, VA) at a minimum you would attract a lot of angry/unpleasant looks and more probably, you would be reported to gym management. 99.9% of all erections can be controlled [i.e. think of your grandma naked], and for the rest, you surely should cover it up quickly with a towel.
