wow, I feel your pain.
I'm nowhere near 9 inches around and I wouldn't have a prayer of getting 1.5 in dia around me. I personnaly have had the same problem and eventualy just gave up trying to find one that fits. I'm 6.25 inches around and I can't quite fit in a two inche diameter.
