Over the years, I saw most of these guys in NYC. I was always a "gym rat" and when ever a new place opened, instead of renewing my membership, I'd change clubs. There were a couple of clubs that I belonged to that were the "club of the moment" when they opened, which attracted some "stars." Remember too, I saw a lot of these guys early in their respectivie careers and they were not yet known, so they'd workout at the Y like everyone else. For instance, Jerry Stiller was a has-been when I literally walked into him at the NYHRC sauna. His son wasn't even famous at the time....Rudd is a really pleasant guy and as far as his naughty parts, they were nice. Willis was a bartender and trainer in NYC before he went Hollywood.... |
