I'd say I am happy with my body right now. I work out a lot, take some suppliments. I go from a 33 waist up to a 40 chest. I like it. And even if I wanted more, I'd just keep working out instead of trading precious legnth.

D.) taller stature by at least 3"

I could trade for all of them, but would have barely over an inch left. Thinking about what would look most different, I'd have to rade an inch for bigger balls. Why?
Because if you lost an inch there and gained a few else where it would even out, or at least for me. I think my balls get dwarfed by my penis so that would put things in perspective.

I have 8" on a good day. I would give up TWO inches to have a big, muscular torso. But it would have to be an 8-pack, with really firm pecs, and matching arms of course. I magnificent physique is far more impressive to me than a large endowment.

I'd say yes to B because it could increase my opportunities to use my penis. As it stands it's all just going to waste now so I may as well sacrifice an inch for a chance to actually get some use out of what's left. I'd be happy to trade a few inches of height for F if that's an option.
