What is a size queen?

I just got back from the beach and one of the guys working at the one attraction was gay, and we were in a conversation and he said that he was a size queen. I wasn't gonna sound stupid and ask him what that was, but what is a size queen?

It's entirely possible I'll screw this up, but the definition I've pieced together is that a size queen is a guy that only goes for (or brutally prefers) other guys with big dicks.

That would be Barbara Bush, would it not? Before the 2000 election, she joked how nice it felt to have several tens of millions of people in two states governed by her princes, and how much better it will be when everyone is. She must be very gratified.

As well, I read that Queen Victoria was mildly tittilated every time a new addition was made to the Empire. She particularly like the idea of becoming Empress of India.
