OK, all becomes clear now, after a dig around on the net... these are Big Brother Norway contestants Linni Meister and Kristian Hilberg. The tape was not made in the BB house, but was (allegedly) stolen from the couple while vacationing in Egypt, and then released to the media.

The television that is on in the background of the main clip is tuned to a Dutch station, which is why it's in Dutch. However, the extra pieces of post-sex video at the end do show the pair speaking in Norwegian.

It sounds Dutch (nederlands) to me.

This is where the cover-story gets a little unclear! The video was supposedly stolen in Egypt, but that doesn't mean it was made there. Equally, satellite television is pretty commonplace in Egypt, especially at the major international hotels in Cairo and Alexandria ... as are subtitled European shows on Egyptian TV, so there would still be a Dutch-language soundtrack. Generally though .. I think there's more to the story of how this tape was made and came to end up in public hands than the cover-story admits to.
