speedos - penis up or down?

Down (for bike pants) or to the side for Speedo's. Up leaves nothing to the imagination.

Usually across to right for me, and like to see guy doing same.
When i've tried 'down' there tends to be too much content and pulls speedos forward-showing my balls-not good.

Isn't down the most normal position, and usually the least conspicious position then, even if a big bulge?

Down usually, but I'm not so sure that to the side is "showing off." Can't it simply be that different penises lie in different directions, better? Some penises just don't fit so well down? Some are too long, too thick, too ?

I have quit wearing Speedo's because the package does not fit without being overtly obvious. If I wear them with my cock up it sticks out the waistband, and if I wear them with my cock down, either my cock or one of my balls is escaping.
I wear a square-cut so even if the bulge is very obvious, it remains under cover.
