"Passionate leadership"? "Ebullience"? ""Dynamism"? "Sincerity"? I call it childishness. Childishness so blatant that it it stops a company seeing itself as a schoolyard bully; how about taking anti-trust and anti-monopoly laws seriously? Childishness so entrenched that a company can't take its responsibility to deliver people the product they pay for; how about fixing Windows so I don't get the BSOD?
Microsoft isn't alone in this. American business is run by infants. My money is on Google.
