I'd do him whether he was hung or not. But despite this "all balls-no dick" talk I'd say he damn well is.

It certainly seemed like his bulge was smaller in the Olympics this year than it had appeared in the past. :-(

I've read this before: about Alex's bulge getting big/less big: some of it is the usual 'being in the water'/'weather conditions'/'hot cold' size variations we've all experienced at one time or another. I think as well that after the Athens Olympics where he wore the imfamous blue and then red speedos which gave rise to the famous 'melons' picture taken when he's spinning in the air and his big balls are actually moving away from his body making them look even bigger, he started wearing considerably tighter speedos for more support: you can see how they cut into his butt cheeks. I think a friend may have given him some advice!

Not that I've wasted my life giving a huge amount of time and study to this...

I think I'm in love! He's incredible. Girlfriend is such a beard.

A merciful god gives us Mercer, not in a speedo, but in trunks.
At 1:45, we see a clip of Alex at the Commonwealth Games in 1998, when he was only 13. This is when he first really became known in Canada.
At 5:02, he's on the highest board with Mercer -- and in his blue speedos, no need to see above the belly button to know Mr. Despatie is in the house.
A totally unpretentious guy.
His Silver Medal in Beijing was a kind of capstone, considering that he was coming back from a severe injury that many observers thought might keep him out of Olympic contention.
Since February, he's had a back problem. Then in April, he broke a foot while kicking a soccer ball, a training disaster that cost him seven weeks.
While still recovering, he had to miss the Canadian Olympic diving trials and had to attend the Junior Nationals in July to prove his fitness.
What a comeback.

He missed 10 weeks of diving. The missed which probably affected the synchro more dramatically then his 3m performance.
