there was some talk on the malcolm in the middle forum (
forums.prospero.com/foxmalcolm) a while ago about the choice by costumers in one episode where malcolms family live in a caravan while their house is being fumigated, and all of the family (except for malcolm) spend most of the episode in their underwear. hal, malcolms father, was in regular briefs, as was dewey, the youngest child. reese's (justin berfield's) choice of underwear is briefs in real life, however they refused to put him on screen in briefs as the size of his bulge was far too noticable and drew attention, so they had to put him in boxers.
not sure on the factuality of this report, however if it is true, of the two (frankie and justin) justin has a large bulge.
on that note, as an avid watcher of the show, i have never seen frankie in briefs, only ever in boxers. that possibly means that either he is noticably hung, or his choice of underwear is boxers. so either the report is true, and justin is hung, or the report isn't true, and we have no idea on either actor's dick size. we may just have to wait for when these child actors show is cancelled, they grow up to be desperate ex-child-star actors, and start doing porn or second-rate as-close-to-porn-as-possible movies.
