my biggest piece of advice would be to try and just not think about it quite as much.

don't think of masturbation as a race to cum... just enjoy it and see where it goes. if you're solely focussing on reaching an orgasm, then you could find yourself going for days and not getting there. i find if i just don't really think about it and just keep going, after a while, out of nowhere the first signs of an orgasm begin to come on, and it's not long until i'm squealing. hehe.
